Thai Style Spaghetti |
Ingredients: |

| 250g |
Dried spaghetti |
| 1 stalk |
Thai basil leaf |
| 100g |
Minced chicken meat |
| 100g |
Prawn, shelled with tail intact |
| 1 tsp |
AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
| 1 tbsp |
TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning |
| 4 tbsp |
Olive oil |
|
| X: blended together |
| 10 |
Shallot |
| 3 |
Garlic |
| 10 |
Dried chilli |
| 5 |
Red bird’s eye chilli |
| 1 |
Coriander root |
| 1cm |
Galangal |
| 1 |
Lemon grass, sliced thinly |

| Garnishing: |
| Kaffir lime leaf |
| Dried chilli flakes |
|
Methods:
(1) Cook spaghetti according to the direction on packaging. Toss with some olive oil & keep aside.
(2) Marinate chicken meat & prawn with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black
Pepper.
(3) Heat olive oil in a pan, pan-fry minced chicken & prawn then add in
(X) paste.
(4) Sauté until fragrant then add in cooked spaghetti & TUMIX® Chicken
Stock Seasoning. Stir well to combine.
(5) Sprinkle sliced kaffir lime leaf and dried chilli flakes, stir well & serve
warm.
