Spicy Chapatti Delight |
Ingredients: |

| 200g |
Russet Potato, peeled, diced & boiled until tender |
| 100g |
Minced chicken meat |
| 1 tbsp |
Ghee |
| 1 tsp |
Mustard seed |
| 2 sprigs |
Curry leaf |
| 2 tbsp |
Curry powder |
| 8 pieces |
Frozen chapatti, pan-fried without oil, halved |
| 8 pieces |
Lettuce |
|
| X: blended |
| 5-8 |
Red birds’ eye chilli |
| 1cm |
Ginger |
| 100g |
Shallot |
| 50ml |
Water |
|
| Y: |
| 1 tbsp |
TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning |
| Some |
AJI-SHIO® Iodised Table Salt to taste |

Methods:
(1) In a bowl, mix blended ingredients (X) with curry powder, stir to
become paste form, set aside.
(2) Heat ghee in a saucepan, sauté mustard seeds until fragrant.
(3) Add in curry paste & stir constantly for about 1 min. Add in curry leaf,
cooked potato cubes & (Y), stir for about 2 min.
(4) Add more water if needed. Turn off heat once the potato is coated
with thick curry gravy.
(5) Wrap potato with lettuce & chapatti.
