  Spicy Chapatti Delight

Ingredients:
 
200g

Russet Potato, peeled, diced & boiled until tender

100g Minced chicken meat
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp

Mustard seed

2 sprigs

Curry leaf

2 tbsp

Curry powder

8 pieces

Frozen chapatti, pan-fried without oil, halved

8 pieces

Lettuce

 

X: blended
5-8 Red birds’ eye chilli
1cm Ginger
100g Shallot
50ml Water

 

Y:
1 tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning
Some AJI-SHIO® Iodised Table Salt to taste

 

Methods:

(1) In a bowl, mix blended ingredients (X) with curry powder, stir to
      become paste form, set aside.

(2) Heat ghee in a saucepan, sauté mustard seeds until fragrant.

(3) Add in curry paste & stir constantly for about 1 min. Add in curry leaf,
      cooked potato cubes & (Y), stir for about 2 min.

(4) Add more water if needed. Turn off heat once the potato is coated
      with thick curry gravy.

(5) Wrap potato with lettuce & chapatti.
